This February, Union Coffee Co. is serving an complex Burundi roast as our guest coffee, roasted by our friends at Tandem Coffee Roasters in Portland, ME. This delightful Burundi is sourced from the Collaborative Coffee Source.

In 2012, after working in coffee in Boston, Martha's Vineyard, San Francisco, and New York, Will and Kathleen Pratt found a home for Tandem Coffee Roasters in Portland, Maine. The folks at Tandem now have as much fun as possible in the pursuit of super clean and sweet coffees.

 

Our Monthly Guest Roasts

Union strives to provide our customers with the most robust coffee experience in New England. Every month, we rotate coffees from New England roasters to serve along side our Union Standard Blend. As our monthly guest roast for December, Union Coffee Co. will be serving Tandem Coffee's Gitwe coffee on drip as well as selling it by the bag at our Milford coffee shop.
