Union Coffee Co. is proud to offer a unique “guest” roast for August. Our own barista, David, wrapped up his Peace Corps term this year. Among his assignments, David spent time at the Tio Conejo coffee plantation in Colombia working with the planters and harvesters to sustainably raise coffee and improve working conditions for labor.
